Social Package. We run an hour session on Saturday Mornings from 09:30 hours to 10:30 hours . The session is circuit based which incorporates anaerobic and aerobic workouts. The coach works with the individuals to set their own achievable and personal goals. The session is based at Walmley Cricket Club on Eldon Drive, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1LT .
We also run group sessions. Exercise and sport is not the same thing .Exercise is to improve our physiology .Over the last few years, youth injuries have increased . Please don't use sport as a replacement to substitute exercise. At UTHFiTT, we use low impact stations to reduce injuries that occur in sport and also supports recovery. We are able to deliver this package in the community and support other events, clubs, schools or coaches. We introduce new sports such as Tchoukball and Spikeball - which assist with the development of motor skills, hand eye co-ordination and much more!

One 2 One interactions . You may be looking for a fitness programme to enhance your child's well-being and physical fitness. If you are concerned about your child's mental health this is included in the programme . The sessions will include support for the main care provider, looking at nutrition and how we can improve consumption. We use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to support your child into adulthood.
Sessions can range for 4 , 6 and 12 weeks depending on your requirements. Please use the contact page or messenger to discuss your requirements .
Uthfitt is a specialist youth development programme. The programme has three core pillars that look at the seven strands of fitness. By being youth centered we build self esteem in each individual and those that participate in sport we complement it by looking at injury prevention , nutrition with our aim is to keep them in their game and achieve their goal.
